I had a tire that needed to be plugged and they charged me $44 even though like the vehicle is pretty much brand new 3300 miles on it which I know it could happen but I thought as a courtesy of me being a new Buick owner they would make some exceptions then they forgot about me and I finally had to go up and ask them if my car was ready and of course it was but they had switched managers or something so I was there for pretty much about an hour everybody was very pleasant and nice but it wasn't the greatest experience for my first time using the service department. When I did call in and let him know what's going on the guy was kind of laughing which I was already late from work almost got stranded so I didn't find it funny

Great experience overall! Mark Hartley is one of the best in the business and I was lucky to get him when I walked into the dealership that day. Mark is a very transparent person and we spent about 5 minutes in total laying out exactly what I wanted and what we could do. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I think I spent a total of 2 hours start to finish at your dealership and that never happens. You guys need to give Mark a raise because he is that good, that I actually paid a little more/month than another GMC dealer had quoted me. Mark earned my business by being honest, transparent and not pushy. Great job ClifT!

Like your service but too much time is spent on trying to sell me more services. Came for an oil change/tire rotation....was there for almost 1 1/2 hrs! I appreciate you checking things on the vehicle but it's gotten to be too much. I talked to 2 service advisors and another person ...may have been a mechanic who showed me thousands of dollars of things to fix on my truck! I just wanted an oil change!!! And then the mechanic broke my glovebox.

I usually don't have any issues when I get oil changed at Clifts but this time different. I was made aware that I had a oil leak upon visual inspection. Which isn't true, the vehicle pictured in my paperwork and email doesn't match! I don't know if this was a mistake or intentional. And I also asked for my service suspension light to be reset and checked and it wasn't. Had suspension work done and service light wasn't reset. Disappointed in what took place on this visit.

Everyone was friendly. We came from 1.25 hours away with the understanding we could test drive and take it home if we liked that day. My engine problem was found promptly on my used and now 10-year-old Tahoe. The engine was misfiring due to way too old spark plugs. Solved the problem with replacing all plugs and wires. From the start, Victor was very approachable with questions and answers and new tires and a left rear noise. Victor was very approachable when I arrived. Offered me a free car wash which is always nice. Victor was able to inform and discuss required needed repairs to the rear pricing and discussed additional safety checks. Jean checked me out and resolved the payment issue with sun bit I think is the name of the program and that was very comforting. Customer friendly support. In addition, as I had had a blowout to the left rear tire, Victor assisted me with putting the lug nut wrench back in position, with Jean assisting as needed. Team effort a plus all around

I had just bought my car at the end of March and reached out to have my brakes looked at less than a month later. However I was still charged for the service. They did it quickly and were nice. But I was given a packet saying I needed my calipers replaced but when I asked about it and they said I do not need to fix them and they're fine. I left slightly confused.

I took my car in for what I hoped would be a quick, minor repair. It ended up being a much bigger job than I imagined it would be. The service rep was very nice and kept me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle every step. My warranty covered most of my costs, leaving me only with the cost of my oil change, wipers, and few other things. I was very pleased with the repairs and how I was kept informed.

I needed my tail light assembly replaced. I stopped in on Tuesday, they looked it over, took photos and explained what would be needed to repair it. They ordered the parts, and called me on Wednesday that the parts were in and they could make the repair on Friday. All in the same week! The repair took about an hour. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean and Connie and Rob very professional, helpful and friendly. Didn't meet the technician, but the work on the tail light is excellent. I had a previous incident needing body shop and that visit was also handled very efficiently, and I was very satisfied with the workmanship on that repair also. I would recommend Clift Body Shop.

My experience with Jaime Myers was horrible.He treated me like I was a nobody. He was asking personal questions. Telling me I had pay for damage onto a rent a car I had, which I didn't never damage . He had my car three times couldn't figure out it was the transmission. Which that's fine. I don't mind making a mistake but the way Jaimie Meyers talked to me and treated me I'll never be back. He would say he has called me never any missed calls from him. He lies.

They gave me one price roughly $500.00 Called Clift back.Price $3,550.17 because they had to add on gas tank because they could not find the part. I then found a reputable 5 star auto repair company that replaced everything that Clift was saying that they would do.They also replaced it with all Genuine GM Parts also the part that you couldn’t find at your dealership.They did this minus the gas tank.Not Needed,for $2,898.00.

Communication spot on - staff were able to accommodate my arguably insane schedule and asked great questions to specify what I wanted - didn’t feel service was overpriced either. I got my driver side rear fender re-painted. I live 2.5 hours from your dealership and 1/2 way back I got a warning that my rear left hand side taillight needs service. Got home, checked the taillight, and it now doesn’t work. No brakes no turn signal no hazards. I now have to go to another dealership to correct when I’m back in town. I work out of town/state every week so spending a Saturday to fix my car after a certified GMC dealership subcontracted the work out….big bummer for me. Paint looks great, made my car illegal to drive. Also never got a video explantation/summary of work performed. I chose a dealer instead of a mechanic for the clarity and care they typically display. Kind of feel like I was just a lil money grab for the dealership.

Usually pretty good and the service techs are informative- supposed to get a call Back about seals on the four wheel drive Differential as the oil was changed and they noted the seepage and Imeas Told The would call Me on if the gaskets needed changing and if the warranty company was going to cover this. Atlas was the GM warranty company used. It is Possible they are following up On this and have not heard Form the warranty people. Cliff’s is a great dealership and the service is usually very good.when switching your tires during oil changes they seem To always forget at least one tire Arms valve cap and have to be reminded. Over all I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My wife took our 2017 Buick Lacrosse in for an oil change/tire rotation and have the left rear tire sensor checked out. She was told that they couldn't do the sensor change as the mechanic that performed that function was on crutches. Upon coming home and I drove the car I could see that the faulty sensor was still the left rear tire which meant they didn't even rotate the tires. When I called to complain about this they said they could perform the sensor change in which I did take the car back. They performed the sensor change while jacking up the car out side and did the needed repair. My tires are still not rotated. I take both my cars here for service but was not happy with the two trips to get this done and the cover up. Not happy!!

They got me in right away. Returned from our trip had to drive the last 200 miles with reduced acceleration drive safe on dash. Would barely take off from a light and barely climb a hill. Was very dangerous changing lanes for exits on the freeway. The sensors and the engine light was reset at the dealership. I just hope that actually fixed the problem and that it never happens again.

This is a special thank you to the group at Clift Buick-GMC in Adrian Michigan. I'm an out of town visitor and was trying to make it back to my home state when my headlights both went out. Although appointments weren't available for several days, the crew at Clift helped right away! I was first met by Chuck who understood my situation and sought an exception to service my vehicle right away. Then Emma helped me through the assessment, pointing out an additional item that should be serviced, and made so I was put in working order. Gene ensured the outcome was understood and that I was comfortable to be on my way. I wanted to thank them all for helping me in this situation with an exception to quick service as well as the folks who serviced the car for the fix in the shop. It was such a relief to know I was in good hands and able to resume my trip. I frequent the area and fully intend to use Clift as a return customer - thank you!

Brought vehicle in for oil change and rotation. When picked car up after close tire sensor for front drivers side was not working. Service mgr did not mention or leave note. Pretty disappointed for this service. I was given an approximate time to do brakes all around my truck, gave an extra 45 minutes walked to the service area to check on it to see my truck sitting there all finished with no notification that it was done. When I asked Gene about it he said he was unable to print out the paperwork??? He also said he would print out rebates for the rotors and pads…. Never done I had to call back. Not a very good experience yesterday to say the least. Some people’s time is valuable and some isn’t I guess!!!

Always seems to puzzled looks and less than satisfactory answers regarding my warranty that pay too regularly keep up the expensive upkeep and manor on my truck. Religiously and then oil leak valve covers oil leak 4 wheel drive actuator and naturally Not covered cuz they have to change a switch which is naturally Covered by the actuator Motor….. not happy will all the religious upkeep and paying for that then nothing is ever covered . Definitely has me looking at Ford.

I have been a customer of Clift for a long time. I’m starting to think it’s time to move on after my last visit. When I made appointment I was told it was a 1 1/2 hour job. My appointment was at 8:30 so I left came back in 2 hours I sat in waiting room another 1/2 hour then I texted my advisor. He said they had an issue that put them behind. They told me it would be done at 12:30. 12:30 came I’m still sitting in waiting room another finally 1:30 I was able to leave I had to shut the hood of my vehicle myself so it wasn’t even ready to go then. They told me last few times I’ve had issues with service. It’s like I’m being told we don’t need your business.

Normally I give a “5” but I had trouble with my payment. They charged me a deductible, but I paid for the extended warranty so I didn’t have a deductible plus a free rental. Appointment was at 4:15. Cliffs called me said I could get in earlier. This was about half an hour earlier. I really appreciated that. On arrival was greeted by friendly techs. It was terrible. I went in for a misfire fault and tire pressure issues. The service rep didn't listen to a thing that I explained to him. They had my vehicle from 7am until 5pm. The next day my low oil pressure light came on. I took it in for a oil change and I had no oil on my dipstick and barely any in my engine. My tire issue went from the back left to the back right so not hard to figure out what they did there. By far this is the worst experience buying a vehicle that I have ever had. I regret doing business with them

I bring my truck in and tell you the problem. You tell me that I do indeed need to replace my mirrors. Your records clearly show that I bought an extended warranty when I bought the truck from you! In my opinion a good service would check and see if the warranty provider would cover it. Instead you immediately ask for me to cover the issue. Ultimately they did indeed cover the mirrors. In my opinion this a poor way to handle.

When I called to schedule an appointment for an Oil change and tire rotation I was quoted $81.?? out the door, I asked her twice if that was the total cost for both and was told yes. When I arrived for my appointment was told that the tire rotation was not included in that price. So we did not get a tire rotation done. We purchased our tires thru you about a year ago, seems like a free tire rotation should be included in that purchase price for the life of the tires, weren't cheap. Of course you do not offer Road Hazard, so that is an extra expense if something like that happens. Also was given requests for things to be done on our vehicle, we also purchased the TOTAL CARE program which extends to 120,000 miles. Does any of the work you are suggesting fall under this??? It should !!! So was not really happy with the outcome of the visit. We have purchased, leased vehicles from Clift for a very long time. You need to take better care of your long-time customers, so they continue to come back. Right now, we are not really sure about that.

Vehicle problem was diagnosed quickly and the multi-point inspection video provided by the technician was very helpful in understanding the problem. There was, however, a long delay from when I provided approval for repairs and when the repairs were completed. Not sure why that was. After making the service appointment online, I received a call suggesting leaving the vehicle instead of waiting because of not knowing how long the diagnosis process would take. And, Melissa, the person I spoke with reference the PowerCare service agreement we have on the vehicle and that they could possibly submit a claim if the repair was potentially covered under the agreement. The repair would not have been covered so no action was taken. I bring this up because there have repairs in the past on the vehicle that may have been covered by the PowerCare agreement but that potential was not mentioned to me by the service staff. Granted, I had forgotten we had the agreement on the vehicle so I am at fault for not pursuing it, but the service dept. knew we had that coverage on the vehicle based on the fact it was brought up in scheduling the current service appointment. I will be more diligent in this matter with future repairs, but it would be helpful if the service dept. would make it a point to check if repairs may be covered by my PowerCare agreement and let me know if a claim can or cannot be made.

Victor greeted me as soon as I arrived, explained everything that they would be doing on the car, assured me that if there were additional issues, I would receive communication and did ask what was best, either text or email. What impressed me was there was an Envision ahead of me and he was giving me the details on that car as I told him my lease would be up in October and wasn't sure if I was going to lease or purchase out my car. I walked away and thought he might want to consider being in sales one day :)

My experience was less than thrilling. I felt let down with story I was meant to believe from staff regarding an extra repair that was brought to my attention after the repairs were made to my vehicle. I did pay for this because let’s face it, I needed my car back. My service rep, Kyle did a good job of communicating with me while at work. I believe he got sick towards the last week of repairs. It seemed like he was the only person that knew anything about the job. After repairs and pick up of my vehicle there was a new noise coming from the engine compartment, I advised my wife to return the car for inspection. No inspection happened, just the ole” it’s fine, bring it back if it persists”. To me, as a service professional, that isn’t good enough. Customer service tells me that if a customer just put 6K into an engine and there is a noticeable sound after service, maybe we should examine the noise? Rather than kick the tire and assure me there is a warranty on the repair. I understand that I may not be a preferred customer but I am a new customer, or perhaps a return customer? Isn’t that what we really want in the service industry?

Victor was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He even put the groceries I had purchased, (using the shuttle service) in my vehicle for me. As a senior citizen I appreciate all the help I can get, and using the shuttle service Victor suggested saved me time, gas and stress. Would recommend Clift Service again and again.

Went in to have a tire repaired and they were able to fix it and they did just that. They were very professional and quick. It took around 15 minutes to get me back on the road. I have always been a satisfied customer with Clift/Buick GMC.
