What to Expect When You Arrive

Upon arrival, please pull up to one of the two service lane doors, indicated by a green illuminated arrow. Align your vehicle with the yellow arrows on the ground.

Remain in your vehicle; a service team member will open the door and direct you to pull into the service lane, guiding you over the alignment check line if possible.

Check-In and Service Process

You will be promptly greeted by your service advisor, who will begin the check-in process for your vehicle.

Your advisor will:

• Discuss the reason for your appointment and address any concerns you may have about the vehicle.
• Take interior and exterior photos of your vehicle.
• Perform a complimentary alignment check.
• Ask if you'd like a free car wash following your service.

If you choose to wait at the dealership, you'll be shown to our service waiting area. Alternatively, we offer a complimentary shuttle service to local destinations or a fee-based pickup and delivery service.

During Your Visit

You will receive multiple text message updates from your service advisor during your visit. You can respond to these texts at any time to discuss services or ask questions.

If you require a rental vehicle, we will need a copy of your valid driver's license, current proof of full coverage auto insurance, and a credit card or debit card to be placed on file.

A video link will be sent to you to review a complimentary multi-point safety inspection of your vehicle. If you are at the dealership, your advisor will review this video with you and discuss any additional services recommended by our GM trained and certified technicians.

Completing Your Service

Once your service is completed, you will be notified via text, email, or phone. We encourage vehicle pickup before 5:00 PM.

When picking up your vehicle, please let our staff at the cashier window know you have arrived. Your advisor will then review the services performed and answer any questions.

If a rental vehicle was provided, please return it to the service lane for a visual inspection. Ensure the fuel level is the same as when issued. After the rental inspection, your vehicle will be ready in the service lane for a final inspection.
